2. Hosting and website delivery

This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. When the website is accessed, the server processes technically necessary connection data such as IP address, date and time, requested page or file, referrer, browser and operating system information and server logs.

Processing required for reliable delivery is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Where the hosting provider processes personal data on our behalf, this takes place under a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.

3. Encryption

The website uses SSL/TLS encryption to protect data transmitted between your browser and our server.

4. Website statistics

We use WP Statistics to understand use of the website and improve content. The current configuration anonymises and hashes IP addresses, does not store full user-agent strings and does not share anonymous usage data with the plugin provider. Statistical data is stored in our own WordPress database and is currently subject to a regular 180-day cleanup.

5. Cookies

We currently do not use marketing or advertising tracking cookies for ordinary visitors. WordPress may use technically necessary cookies for login or administrative functions.

6. Contact and trial requests

If you contact us or request a trial, we process the information you provide to handle the request. Depending on the purpose, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b), Art. 6(1)(f) or, where consent is requested, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

7. Your rights

Subject to the statutory requirements, you have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection and withdrawal of consent under the GDPR.

8. Complaints

You may lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for our registered office is the Independent Data Protection Centre Saarland, Fritz-Dobisch-Straße 12, 66111 Saarbrücken, Germany.

9. Changes

We update this privacy policy when the website, services or legal requirements change. The version published on animur.de is authoritative.
